The detection device of unbalanced load and biased load is a new weigh technology for railway carriages,which is developed based on the track scale weigh technology.This device calculates each carriage’s overload,biased load and biased weigh by measures the weight of each carriage wheel with the double-forced senor.Afterwards,it provides the data collection tracking related to safety inspection system of rail freight metering according to the corresponding record data of carriage number.The detection device of unbalanced load and biased load is installed on the busy railway line commonly,and it is one of important detection and monitoring devices for the freight transportation safety.Weigh performance of this device may show the linear offset due to the long-term vibration and the rail creeping.However,the said phenomenon is inescapable,even if it adopts the existing technologies and optimization algorithms.That is to say,it should be designed a certain frequency period to inspect,so as to measure and rectify.Currently,the verification regulations schemes for unbalanced load and biased load of railway is not perfect,which are exposed so many questions when executing.It is an important technical foundation to ensure the quality of infrastructure construction and the development of national economy.It is an important part of the national quality system of the Hohhot Bureau,the following studies are made:(1)Through the analysis of the current shipboard anti-overload system,a large number of data analysis is collected and it is found that there are many problems in the verification scheme of the existing overbooking period.For example,the verification frequency is low;the verification standard is not timely;Difficulties,etc.,will lead to frequent large differences can not be timely detection and correction of the situation,the critical traffic safety and owner of the interests.By taking the in-house static railway weighbridge of Baogang Group as standard,the steel trunk as the measurement media,the period verification has been done to the detection device of unbalanced load and biased load,and the relevant validity and reliability are discussed.(2)After an objective analysis,three types of verification programs were designed according to local conditions.Option One,By taking the in-house static railway weighbridge experiment of design and scheme verifies whether the regulator of scheme is qualified for operating the period inspection to the unbalanced load and biased load by GUM.And then,a train experiment is conducted on two unbalanced load and biased load sites that respectively are located at Beijing-Baotou upstream of Salaqi East and Baotou-Lanzhou upstream of Baotou West.Since the data has been collected,the average measurement result is used as the optimum estimate and uncertainty components of each standard from the GUM evaluation measurement result are used to calculate the combined standard uncertainty as well as the extension uncertainty after built the mathematical model.Afterwards,the data validity is obtained once the conformity assessment has been done to the measurement result of unbalanced load and biased load.As a result,its weigh indication deviation value and extension uncertainty are figured out.By processing the experiment data,it is proved that the scheme is feasible.This topic centers on Scheme I to finish the period verification works to the detection device of unbalanced load and biased load installed on the transport hub sport of Hohhot Railway Administration;Scheme II is used as a general verification scheme to cover the overall unbalanced load and biased load;Scheme III is an additional project,which is used to inspect part of detection devices of unbalanced load and biased load installed on Wuhai-Baotou line.The designed scheme utilizes the existing key enterprise users and geographical location advantages,which avoid generating the follow-up economic cost.Furthermore,it tries to refrain from the manual operation on the sites and depends on robotization technology as far as possible.
