The low voltage distribution power system existence of a large number of single phaseunbalanced load, because most of them are inductive load, and the load changes all the time,so load current is constantly changing.It is due to changes in the current, so that emergence ofthree-phase unbalance problems frequently in distribution system, causes the neutral linecurrent generation. the neutral line current generation, will bring a lot of harm, such as theloss of the transformer, line loss, damage to the corresponding induction motor electricequipment, the active power output will reduce metal parts, transformer temperature rise willincrease output, to reduce the output of the transformer.In view of the hazards of this series,the mankind has been unremittingly efforts, and strive to bring the loss to the lowest possible.Now in low-voltage distribution system for unbalanced load problem, in general, usingcapacitance to solve,because it can not only improve the power factor, but also can reduce thetransformer and line loss.reactive power compensation in power quality detection andtreatment is very important. The majority of users in power system is usually inductiveload.Inductive load running in the system, causing the system to reduce the inductive reactivepower, shunt capacitor, it can increase the load capacity of the system, can meet the needs ofits reactive power. Therefore, parallel capacitor can be very effective to compensate reactivepower of system, meet the requirements of the system.At present, the capacitors aremechanical switch and thyristor etc. Mechanical switching long delay, also not easy to control,and thyristor is easy to generate harmonic.State Grid’s mission is to build a world-class power grids, smart grid is not very far awayfrom us.In the future, the grid will be towards the rapid development of intelligent,automation and other fields, because with the improvement of people’s living standards, ashuman indispensable energy, the future power must be in a more efficient, more convenient,more rapid in the form into thousands of households, as far as possible to improve the userexperience, more high quality to meet the people’s happy life needs.This text presents a compensation method is more economical, load distribution schemethrough the analysis of an optimal, intelligently adjusting the phase sequence, after theadjustment the neutral line current reaches the minimum value.Presents a commutationstrategy based on intelligent optimization algorithm, Through the analysis of the example,proves the feasibility of this method.Therefore, modification method is a more simple, moreeconomical, more efficient loss reduction method. At the same time, this paper develops a setof GUI graphical interface control system analysis of the use of Java language, a friendly graphical interface, simple operation, so the system can largely improve the now ubiquitousproblem of unbalanced three-phase.
