The unbalanced loading of Train has been one of the roots of the railway accident.This paper introduces a kind of unbalanced loadand biased load system super partial load detection system, which doesn’t need to make any changes to the existing rail line, for it only placed the weighing measuring device between two orbits. When the wheels pass weighing sensor, the situation of total weight of the vehicle and unbalance loading can be obtained with the system. The working principle of the system is that, when vehicles pass the weighing sensor, wheel and the surface of rail produced a space, thus the weight of the vehicle has imposeed on the weighing sensor through the wheel rim, and got the weight of each vehicle wheel. After getting the axle load through calculation, then it can get the total weight of the vehicle and the situation of unbalanced loading.The main research work is as follow:1. According to the detection principle and various performance indicators of unbalanced loadand biased load system, it should analyse and research the main mechanical structure, composition structure and key components. According to the requirements of the system,it should research the detection system framework based on the ARM embedded technology,and choose the A/D module comply with the detection requirements for system.2. Contrast with the sensor that used in the current domestic and international unbalanced loadand biased load equipment, we know the shortcomings and defects of the existing sensor. According to the technical requirements of loadand biased load system,it should choose the resistance strain type weighing sensor.The paper detaile the sensor’s working theory, and analyse it’s various performance indicators, which explain it’s applicability in the loadand biased load system.3. According to a variety of vibration interference produce in the train running process, it should use reasonable data processing method to analyse detecting data. Comparing of the deficiencies of various methods, this paper introduces a new weighing data processing method-Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD). EEMD decomposition has high adaptability and decomposition efficiency and time-domain locality.It is able to deal well with the nonlinear non-stationary signal, and process the input curve has a better softness, reduce the analytical error.
