In winter,due to the frequent occurrence of road traffic accidents causing by icy roads,which often lead to traffic jams and road closures,not only affect people's lives,but also bring huge economic losses.There are many traditional methods to solve this problem,such as artificial or mechanical cleaning snow,pouring snowmelt agent,etc.These methods need a lot of manpower material resources and financial resources,however the effect is not ideal,sometimes even causes damage to roads and environment.As a new material,carbon fiber heating wire has the advantages of good thermal conductivity,high temperature resistance and long service life,which can solve the existing problems better.Although some studies have been carried out in this area,their applications are relatively few,so further research is needed to make this technology more complete.In order to solve the problems when using this method to melt snow and ice,the main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Based on the heat transfer theory,finite element method is used to study the heating body melting ice and snow temperature field distribution and the temperature rising law,and analyzes the influence degree of the relationship between temperature and heating cable burying system location,layout,heating cable temperature,environment temperature and different influence factors on surface temperature.(2)Based on the temperature field model,the temperature stress rising law and field distribution during the heating process of the heating body was analyzed.The temperature stress of the heating body is studied by changing the environment temperature,the surface temperature of carbon fiber hot wire and the arrangement distance.(3)The time required for the particular solution under different environment temperature and pavement deicing power is predicted.The temperature stress of the embedded carbon fiber hot wire asphalt concrete deck during the heating process is calculated,and the rising law of the temperature stress of the heating body is summarized.(4)The feasibility of the scheme is verified by the snow melting test of the pre buried carbon fiber hot wire bituminous concrete test block in the real environment,and has a visual understanding of its snow melting effect.
