Study On Radiation Protection Of Medical CT In Huaian City

Objective: This paper investigates the use of medical CT in huaian area and the status of radiation protection,and the cognition of the radiation protection of doctors and patients,and analyzes the existing problems.Understanding through learning research and investigation for radiation protection to improve the deficiency of the strategy,so as to escort to the health of the radiation staff and client,for the better use of CT examination technology guarantees in diagnosis and treatment.Methods: By cluster sampling method,in October 2016 to December 2016 in five tertiary hospital in huaian city,huaiyin district,chuzhou district,each two secondary hospital,division,10,golden lake and ripple water four counties each two secondary hospital,a total of 17 hospitals and doctors of the 17 hospitals,CT operators and patients and their families in the investigation.To understand the qualification of CT examiners of hospitals at all levels of huai 'an city,the site of CT examination,facilities and protective equipment;To understand the cognition and implementation of CT radiological protection of hospital doctors and CT operators at all levels in huai 'an city;To understand the cognition of CT radiation protection in patients and their families in cities and counties in huaian city.Results:Seven of the 17 hospital rooms are on the first floor of the building,and 10 are in bungalows.Room area is 36.2 62.4 m2,unilateral length is 5.4 8.6 m,have reached the national standard,because a lot of room is more after the rest of the housing renovation,usable floor area is compared commonly big,each machine is equipped with a certain protective equipment,has lead collar 15,skirt 16 and 14 pieces of lead cap;The lead door of 10 hospital CT machine room has door machine interlocking device,7 is manual control,part is because door machine interlock device is damaged and changed;Each machinehouse has a good mechanical ventilation facility,and a warm reminder is posted on the lead door and wall.Each machine has a large medical equipment allocation license.The hospital has a radiological diagnosis and treatment permit;For the staff,focusing on training by the city health supervision,once every two years,written exam after the training,training certificate,every two years for CT staff conduct a health check,once every 90 days of personal dose detection,all staff have the radiation workers,more effective to do the radiation safety protection of the staff,provides the guarantee for a better work.Surveyed patients or subjects and their families,4056 people,one know that the number of CT examination has radiation for 3162 people,accounted for 77.9% of the total number of know CT examination need to the number of protective measures for 2462 people,60.7% of the total,the results showed that the patients or subjects of radiation in CT examination and the protective measures of cognitive situation in different age paragraph the difference was statistically significant,P value is less than 0.05;There was no statistically significant difference between the sexes,P was greater than 0.05;And in different degree of cultural difference have statistical significance,P value is less than 0.05,the higher degree of education,the higher is the awareness of radiation for CT examination,on the contrary,lower cultural degree of the crowd to know CT examination has lower radiation awareness;And the number of people who know that CT screening requires protective measures is significantly lower than the number of people who know that CT scans have radiation.Investigate CT operators are known by radiation CT examination,only 11 people don't know when the CT examination for client and PeiJian take the corresponding protective measures and are junior professional titles,but most people are not in the CT examination in patients with active protection inspection area,some are just for children,and there was not one to adults.The poll doctors know CT examination is no radiation,but only 120 people(30.3%)will take the initiative to inform patients CT examination hasradiation,allow patients to choose to do or in other tests,the rest of the 276 people(69.7%)did not take the initiative to inform patients,directly send the patient to do inspection.Survey issued to apply for the doctor to see a service more than emergency treatment.Conclusions:1.The basic conditions of the CT examination sites of hospitals at all levels in huaian city are in line with national security indicators,and the inspection equipment is qualified and equipped with certain protective equipment and auxiliary protective measures.2.Some patients and family members have a certain understanding of the radiation safety and radiation safety of the CT examination,but it is not enough,and the corresponding knowledge needs to be popularized.3,CT operation personnel on CT check radioactive and radiation safety when knowledge is higher,but in practice often cannot specific implementation,the need to strengthen labor discipline education,cultivate the initiative consciousness;4,apply for the doctor to CT examination radioactive have a certain understanding,but some people did not take the initiative to inform patients,damage to the patient's choice,along with personal factors,economic factors and social factors such as the various complicated situation,CT checklist is high and the number of recommendations to overcome various difficulties,from the perspective of the patient,the right amount of leave CT checklist,avoid to cause some of this should not happen.
