| Traditional medical device products are often designed according to the customer’s gender,height,weight and other differences,according to the use of parts and human body geometric parameters according to a certain rule set to different models.However,this kind of device products produced by setting the size of the model will not fully fit the actual body parts of customers,resulting in unsatisfactory protective and rehabilitation effects of the protective device in the use process.Moreover,medical protective devices usually need to be worn for a long time.This discomfort caused by individual morphological differences has caused great troubles to users.Therefore,the personalized design and production of medical protective device has become a research hotspot in recent years.In the design of personalized medical protective device,not only individual differences caused by different parts of each customer’s body size and characteristics,but also the design cycle and economic cost need to be considered.Therefore,how to design the personalized medical protective device efficiently has become a difficult problem for medical protective device enterprises to solve urgently.This paper combines the advantages of reverse engineering technology in human data acquisition and 3D model reconstruction with the advantages of deformation design which can quickly realize product customization,and proposes a design method and process of personalized medical device for mass customization.Firstly,the 3D model of human body is reconstructed according to the characteristics of human body,and the feature template of medical device is constructed according to human body data.Then,the database of medical device template is obtained by modifying the feature parameters of medical protective device feature template.Finally,the personalized medical protective device is obtained by deformation matching between the template of protective device in the database and the characteristics of customer’s human body.This method can realize the personalized design of medical protective device under mass customization,improve the design efficiency of enterprises,and gain advantages for enterprises in the competition of the same industry.In the research of medical protective device feature template and protective device template database construction,by analyzing the application of different surface reverse modeling methods,the 3D data model of human body is quickly obtained by using irregularfeature surface modeling technology based on surface fitting.On this basis,the feature template of protective device is designed with human body characteristic parameters.The parametric design method based on sketch feature constraints is studied.By modifying the feature parameters in the feature template of medical protective device,the database of protective device template is constructed.In the research of personalized design of medical protective device,the design method of personalized medical protective device based on deformation technology is put forward.Customer’s human body characteristic parameters were used to search the database of the protective device template,and the corresponding protective device feature template was obtained.Using the feature constrained minimization curved surface bending energy deformation technology,the feature parameters in the feature template of the protective device are deformed based on the customer’s human body feature parameters,and the personalized medical protective device model is obtained.Finally,comparing the model of personalized medical protective device with the model of customer’s human body,the fitness of the protective device is verified. |
