With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in recent years,the flexible production mode of multiple varieties and small batches can respond to market changes quickly.This kind of mode has higher requirements for production scheduling.Reasonable production scheduling helps to rationally utilize enterprise resources,reduce production cost and improve economic efficiency.Workshop scheduling is the core of enterprise’s production system,and its task is to determine the processing route,cycle time,machine according to production targets and constraints.Excellent production scheduling is beneficial for the smooth operation of the production system.However,workshop scheduling is characterized by complex calculation,multiple constraints and strong randomness.This makes the workshop scheduling problem has been paid much attention.There’s a lot of dynamic uncertainty in the physical environment of production.Due to the different structure of enterprises,the single mode is difficult to satisfy the needs of different enterprises.It is necessary to establish a suitable production scheduling system for production enterprises.Based on the characteristics of the company,this paper proposes a two-layer coding method based on process and machine to deal with scheduling problem.And based on the coding we propose options for selection and variation.The improved genetic algorithm can solve the static scheduling problem.Based on the static dispatch,we also propose a scheduling problem based on the event drive.The proposed algorithm only needs to improve those operations that must be rescheduled so it can be used with the existing scheduling method and improve the efficiency of the flexible manufacturing system.Based on the proposed improvement algorithm,MATLAB and FlexSim are demonstrated the rationality of the improved genetic algorithm.Finally,SQLServer2008 and Visual Basic6.0 were used to establish a production scheduling management system for VAST.The scheduling system consists of four modules,including production information management,production scheduling,quality management and equipment maintenance.The operator has different authority according to different positions and realizes the operation function of different modules.The establishment of the production scheduling management system of VAST has strengthened the informatization of workshop production,which has reduced the enterprise’s cost.It can also improve work efficiency.
