Development Of Distributed Control System For Engine Power Accessories

Vehicle engine bench test is the most important step in the engine development process.A large number of bench tests help manufacturers verify whether the performance and reliability index of the engine can meet the requirements,and also provide ideas for the improvement of subsequent products.In order to make engine bench test more realistically reflect the performance of engine,this paper designed a loading device for engine bench test power attachment,which can be applied to simulate the operation condition of vehicle on different stage of engine bench test.The main contents include:(1)The overall structure design of the load control system.Based on the requirement of the experiment,a distributed control system with the core of the above machine is designed.The selection of sensors and actuators is completed by selecting appropriate control and measurement methods according to the design scheme.(2)The design of the hardware system of the measurement and control unit.Based on Codewarrior,the control program of the measurement and control unit is written.The task location mechanism is used to set up the flag bit for each task,and the relevant control function is invoked in the main control function to control the load system.(3)Design of backstage management software of measurement and control system.Based on the Visual Studio programming development environment,control system backstage management software based on the information interaction of front controller,realize manual loading and automatic loading control power accessories,including parameter setting,serial communication,data storage and playback test status display,real-time monitoring and fault alarm function.(4)Debug and test.After completing the design of the system machinery and measurement and control system,the loading test of the engine accessories is carried out,including two ways,manual loading and cyclic loading.
