| Energy shortage and environmental pollution are two major problems to be solved in the 21st century.The electric vehicle has an irreplaceable advantage on the solution of these two problems.Therefore,It is necessity to research of electric vehicle.It’s an important module in the vehicle of the electric wheel-suspension system,The performance and reliability of the wheel motor in the electric wheel have a decisive influence on the vehicle performance.Suspension is the electric vehicle body and the wheel between the force connection device,its good or bad performance has a decisive role on ride comfort.The construction of electric wheel-suspension system test bench can shorten the development cycle of electric vehicles and reduce capital investment,thereby improving the research on efficiency of electric vehicle and development,so that electric vehicles can quickly into market.Therefore,the development of electric wheel-suspension system test bench has very important significance.In this paper,the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Grant No.51575001),’Research on Vertical Electromechanical-couplingVibration Mechanism and Its Suppression Method of Electric Vehicle Driven by in-wheel Motor’ as the basis.The main work of this paper is to study and build the electric wheel-suspension system test bench.First of all,the test function of the test bench is analyzed for the basic structure about the electric wheel and the movement characteristics of the hub motor.Then,according to the functional requirements of the test bench,using modular design idea,this paper presents the overall technical scheme of the test bench and the key parts selection,and carries on the relevant experimental test to the selected wheel motor.Secondly,according to the overall plan of the test bench,the use of Solidworks software for three-dimensional design.The design of the main modules is the simulation mechanism,the excitation system and the road simulation device of the test bench,which is completed by the motion simulation.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of the whole mechanical test bench system,on the one hand,the key components in the test bench were selected and checked.On the other hand,the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the key components Analysis,modal analysis,and structural optimization.Thus ensuring the reliability of the test bench.Finally,according to the virtual instrument technology,With Labview software platform and various types of hardware sensors on the test bed of the monitoring and control system for secondary development.Completing the design of monitoring and control system. |
