| The asphalt pavement built around the 1990 s has entered the large and medium repair period.The asphalt pavement and its overall performance can not meet the requirements of pavement use,but it still has high utilization value as a road material.Through the road surface regeneration technology,the road performance can be re-satisfied with the corresponding indicators.The geothermal regeneration technology is applicable to the pavement maintenance and repair project in the south and north of China.Due to its climatic characteristics,the technology is more widely used in the southern region.Based on the actual engineering project of geothermal regeneration in Shenzhen,this paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of geothermal regeneration technology based on the principle of asphalt aging and regeneration,and provides reference for the choice of construction scheme.The Wirtgen Thermal Regeneration 4500 remixing unit produced in Germany is used in the construction.The unit consists of two heating machines HM4500 and one remixing machine RX4500.It can complete the heating of the pavement,mixing and mixing of paving materials and paving.The entire construction process has a high level of automation,ensuring efficient construction quality.Two kinds of thermal regeneration processes,such as double-mixing type thermal regeneration and overlay type thermal regeneration,are used to compare the two thermal regeneration on-site construction processes.The principle and construction process of the two have many similarities,but the mix design and paving of the recycled materials.There are certain differences in the construction of rolling.Among them,the remixing type reclaimed mixture is based on the amount of regenerant and the blending ratio of new and old materials,while the reclaimed regenerative mixture only takes one variable of regenerant,and the high temperature stability of the regenerated mixture is evaluated by Marshall test.Key properties such as properties,water stability,low temperature crack resistance,and tests have found that both regeneration technologies can improve the corresponding performance of old asphalt mixtures to some extent.After measuring and comparing the road surface damage condition index PCI,road driving quality index RQI,road rutting depth index RDI,road surface anti-sliding performance index SRI and road surface performance index PQI before and after construction and 1 year and 2 years after construction,it was found that the work was completed.The road surface condition,driving quality,anti-sliding performance and performance are excellent.All technical indicators meet the requirements of the specification,and the road performance of the old asphalt pavement is significantly improved.Considering that Shenzhen has a good climate and geographical representation in the south,the construction method and related performance indicators adopted in this paper also have good applicability.Therefore,the geothermal regeneration technology is reliable in the regeneration of old asphalt pavement and preventive maintenance.Sex,and can be widely promoted and applied.This paper summarizes the complete construction process of geothermal regeneration technology,in order to improve the construction level of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration technology,make the construction more standardized,standardized,procedural and ecological,and provide reference and reference for the construction of similar projects in the future. |
