Microwave heating is a very promising technology because of effective and low cost.So it is widely used in daily life and industrial production.In the repair of damaged asphalt pavement work,asphalt pavement microwave thermal regeneration technology has gradually been developed.In order to adapt to the various damage forms of the road surface and improve the flexibility of thermal regeneration.This paper gives a flexible microwave thermal regeneration equipment.The device adjusts the microwave heating chamber by horizontal and vertical while adjusting the height of the microwave heating platform to repair the different damaged asphalt pavement.The equipment through a number of heating chamber to complete the road repair work when the area of damaged road surface is too large.So this paper simulates the heating chamber between the electromagnetic coupling on the heating effect.Specific work is as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the design of asphalt mixture microwave heating regeneration device.Asphalt pavement in the form of a variety of damage.These forms of destruction tend to have different damage results.In order to adapt to different forms of road damage,this paper designed a flexible microwave thermal regeneration equipment to repair damaged road.The device adjusts the height of the microwave heating platform by adjusting the microwave heating chamber horizontally and vertically to meet the damaged asphalt pavement with different heating area and irregular height.(2)Optimization of Microwave Heating Regeneration Device for Asphalt Mixture.Microwave heating of the wave source from the heating chamber on the magnetron.Magnetron in the course of work will produce a lot of heat.Therefore,the device needs a good heat sink.Aiming at the problem of heat dissipation performance of asphalt mixture microwave heating and regeneration device.This paper has optimized the parts and mechanism to obtain the regenerative device with better heat dissipation performance.(3)Use COMSOL Multiphysics for heating simulations.The electromagnetic transmission problem of single working cavity horn antenna is studied by analysis and calculation.A single heating chamber was simulated using COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the state of electromagnetic wave transmission.In this paper,COMSOL Multiphysics is used to simulate the heating process of two or more heating chambers when the microwave heat regeneration equipment has a plurality of heating chambers to work together.The heating chamber has the electric field coupling field which affects the heating effect.The heating temperature distribution of the coupling field is used to obtain the surface of the asphalt mixture and the internal electromagnetic field distribution.Through the above research,the following conclusions and conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the design,optimized to meet the design requirements of the requirements of the microwave heating regeneration experimental device.(2)To make the equipment drawings,processing equipment parts and complete the equipment entity assembly.Then commissioning equipment to achieve heating purposes.(3)Using COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the heating.Gain the effect of heating in a single corner cone heating chamber and the temperature distribution of the asphalt mixture sample were simulated.The propagation and distribution of electromagnetic waves in the coupling heating and the temperature distribution of the asphalt mixture samples after the heating are obtained by simulating the coupling of the heating cavities of the pyramids.
