Study On The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization Planning In The South Of Jiangsu With The Orientation Of Villagers' Interests

Recently,more and more favorable policies are proposed by the government to facilitate the healthy development of rural areas in the context of integration of urban and rural development.During the progress of Rural revival,one of the most significant thing is that we should put emphasis on the rigid problems such as the decline,alienation,marginalization of villagers,etc.Traditional villages boat the local culture,customs,and also act as the carrier which made the culture be inherited and ensure the survivability of the villagers.The rural revival is the recognition and spiral return of the rural value with emphasize on maintaining the local culture and the continuation of traditional lifestyles and reshaping the rural vitality,achieving sustainable development and beautiful rich village.Therefore,the villagers' interest-oriented rural revival is not only the direction of rural transformation,but also the needs of the era development.As one of the regions with the highest level of rural development in China,the southern Jiangsu region becomes a potential reference for the rural development in other areas.At the same time,the southern region has some strong regional cultural characteristics,the remarkable process of economic change and the improved cooperative economic system.Investigation of renaissance villages in southern Jiangsu can promote the rural transformation in southern Jiangsu and provide reference for China's rural development.Firstly,the develop situation of the three stages(rural industrialization stage,the multi-drive stage and the stage of integration of urban and rural development)emerged in the development process of rural areas in southern Jiangsu(since the Reform and Opening up)are summarized and analyzed.And,specially,the villagers' interests and protection and social security for each stage is discussed.Secondly,based on analysis of the mentioned three stages,problems emerged in the development of Southern Jiangsu rural areas are summarized,such as the weak economic development,the loss of rural culture,the lack of public participation and the deprivation of villagers' interests.Thirdly,the connotation and goal of rural revival are defined by using rural geography,human settlements,ecological economics and public participation ladder theory.The interest protection target is determined according to filed investigation of the villagers' interest demands.Based on this,the rural areas of southern Jiangsu are revived from point view of the planning,social,economic,cultural,ecological and other aspects of the revival with the orientation of the villager's interests goal of the constructing a beautiful countryside with scientific planning,social harmony,economic diversity,cultural prosperity and ecological beauty.The conclusions in present study includes: 1)Southern Jiangsu rural construction and protection of the villagers interests is to be improved;2)rural construction in Southern Jiangsu should be oriented by the villages interests;3)in order to realize the revival and prosperity of the country,the planning,social,economic,cultural,ecological aspect shall be taken into account for the revival of the interests-oriented village.
