Abstract/Summary:
The technology of hydraulic transmission and control plays an important role in the development of industry.The development of hydraulic components and the improvement of production level are of great significance to the development of hydraulic transmission technology and the pace of industrial development.China’s manufacturing level of hydraulic components is lagging behind compared with foreign countries.It is an important means to improve the production level of the hydraulic components manufacturing industry by studying the problem of the construction of the digital workshop of hydraulic components and promoting the intelligent development of the manufacturing technology of the hydraulic components in China.In the research field of digital workshop for hydraulic components manufacturing,production scheduling management of hydraulic components is a key issue to be studied.In this paper,based on the general requirements of "high end hydraulic components manufacturing digital workshop",based on the theory of digital workshop,manufacturing execution system and China’s industrial automation system and integrated manufacturing execution system standards,in view of the actual problems existing in the production scheduling of B company,this paper focuses on the research of the parts batching,scheduling and scheduling information system development of the hydraulic components processing workshop.The solution of planning and scheduling with intelligent algorithm on the basis of the impact of production logistics on production scheduling is proposed.According to the overall requirements of the project information construction scheme,the demand analysis of the workshop production scheduling information system is carried out,the software development work is completed,and the production scheduling management level of the workshop is improved.According to the production mode of enterprise batch processing,using actual production data,based on the K-Mediods clustering method,the method of part batch is studied,and the rationality of the parts batch is improved.Based on genetic algorithm,the production scheduling method of hydraulic components processing workshop is designed to realize the automation of scheduling production.And based on the.NET platform,the production workshop of hydraulic components is developed by using C#.The method that studied has been implemented in the production scheduling information system.This paper studies the production scheduling problem of the hydraulic components processing workshop,and puts forward a systematic improvement scheme,and the development of the production scheduling information system which is fit for the needs of the enterprise is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and the development of the hydraulic components.
