Made-in-China 2025 is the first ten-year action plan for China to implement the strategy of manufacturing a powerful country.Marine engineering equipment and hightech ships have been established as one of the ten areas.Therefore,the shipbuilding industry shoulders an important historical mission to realize the strategy of manufacturing power.The key components of marine diesel engine determine the performance of the whole marine power system.Therefore,it is of great academic value and engineering significance to improve the manufacturing technology of key components of marine diesel engine and enhance the production efficiency and quality of products.Job shop scheduling optimization technology in manufacturing digital workshop production management can not only improve the production efficiency and quality of products,but also improve the utilization of production resources and improve the response speed to changes in production environment.Therefore,for the digital workshop of marine diesel engine key parts industry,this paper puts forward a digital workshop scheduling information integration model of marine diesel engine key parts industry,and carries out the system design and development of the digital workshop scheduling information integration model of marine diesel engine key parts industry.Firstly,based on the analysis of the production characteristics and problems of digital workshop in marine diesel engine key parts industry,the abnormal production events in this kind of workshop are summarized,and the abnormal events are classified,defined and described.The concepts of main abnormal events and subordinate abnormal events in marine diesel engine key parts workshop are put forward.Through the response processing of main abnormal events,the abnormal production events can be reduced fundamentally.Or eliminate the impact of abnormal events on production.Finally,in order to effectively manage the production process,improve the utilization of production resources and reduce the impact of abnormal events on the production process,a digital workshop scheduling information integration model for marine diesel engine key parts industry is proposed and the flow chart of the model is analyzed.Then,based on the information integration model of digital job shop scheduling for marine diesel engine key parts industry,the rescheduling strategy for dealing with abnormal production in workshop is studied,and a rescheduling strategy based on fixedperiod and event-driven is proposed.The rescheduling process driven by abnormal events and fixed-period is analyzed respectively.Finally,multi-objective flexible job shop students are established.The model of production scheduling problem and the validity of the rescheduling strategy are proved by an example,which proves the feasibility of the digital workshop scheduling information integration model for marine diesel key parts industry.Then,in order to solve the high failure rate of equipment caused by the unbalanced production plan,a comprehensive evaluation method of scheduling schemes for balanced production is proposed.Through the evaluation index system,the optimal scheduling schemes with balanced and robustness are selected to guide workshop production activities.Finally,based on the above research contents and results,a workshop scheduling information integration model system based on MES system is designed and tested in Jiangzeng Machinery Workshop,Chongqing.The system is verified and implemented to improve the efficiency of production management,response to abnormal events and processing capacity,as well as the utilization rate of enterprise production resources.
