County Space Spatial Planning Method In Underdeveloped Regions

Under the background of the country's continuous reform of the spatial planning system,the underdeveloped regions,as regions with low level of economic development,have a certain lag in the study of the method of preparation,so the development of the county's spatial planning method for underdeveloped regions in the west is being carried out.the study.This study starts with the conceptual analysis of spatial planning and western underdeveloped regions,systematically sorts out relevant research results at home and abroad,summarizes the current research focus and overall process of spatial planning.The common problems in China's current spatial planning are the large number of spatial plans,the conflicting contents of planning,the self-contained planning of various departments,the singleness of planning and formulation,the disconnection of spatial planning and implementation management,and the irrational legalization of spatial planning.The particular problems of space planning in underdeveloped areas are mainly reflected in the weak planning base and lack of professional and technical forces;the lack of top-level design of planning,lack of support for spatial overall development;and the ups and downs of county-level spatial linkage are not obvious;lack of necessary analysis of development momentum and development mechanism,The planning is not targeted;planning implementation and management capabilities are weak;planning concepts are backward and other issues.In the face of these problems,underdeveloped regions have determined that the strategic planning is the overall planning for the overall planning of the multi-level content,the management and control of the ecological environment,the data management of informatization methods,and the in-depth interpretation of the special policies of underdeveloped regions.We will build a strategic plan for the development of the county's space,and at the same time formulate regional coordinated development of urban and rural development.In-depth study of the policies and systems in underdeveloped regions,study the dynamic guarantee of space development.Space planning in underdeveloped areas should establish a horizontal and vertical staggered network system,integrate horizontally,extend vertically,and cover the entire area;control and manage space,integrate differences maps,and formulate development and protection coexistence of fragmented space and control lines.Delineate;construct index systems for underdeveloped regions;and update management mechanisms for spatial planning.Finally,taking Jingyuan County as an example,the spatial planning of the region is compiled according to the characteristics of the spatial planning of underdeveloped regions.
