With the development of electric power system,the application of iron core reactors has become more frequent,and the consequent failures have gradually increased.The damage of the turn-to-turn insulation is the main reason for the reactor failure,thus we realize the importance of the turn-to-turn insulation test.On the basis of the domestic and international testing method of turn-to-turn insulation and the national standard,this paper puts forward a test device to realize the core reactor turn-to-turn insulation induced overvoltage based on power electronic technology and series resonance.In order to improve the experiment voltage and reduce capacity,this device using tuning capacitance and subjects reactor to product series resonance,when the defect is broken during the test,the resonance state will be lost,and the voltage and current will be reduced,which is an effective detection means,at the same time ensure the safety of the test.First of all,according to the provisions of the national standard,this paper analyzes the principle of the induced voltage withstand test and calculates the test frequency based on the reactor test current,it also puts forward an inverse method using square wave triggering,analyzes the series resonance circuit and discusses resonant state judgment method and tuning methods.Secondly,based on the typical parameters stipulated by the national standard,the components of the device are designed.Mainly include: device capacity accounting,rectifier circuit analysis,inverter circuit analysis,measurement circuit analysis;using Simulink simulation module in MATLAB to complete the device's overall structure of the confirmatory simulation analysis.Finally,DSP is used as the control part,the design of the signal conditioning module,the AD conversion module,the IGBT module,etc.are completed,and field tests are performed under the laboratory conditions.The test results can meet the expected target,which proves that the induction voltage withstand test device can complete the test of the turn-to-turn insulation of the iron core reactor.
