Reactor is an important equipment in the power system and it is widely used in lots of situations.The advantages of dry-type air-core reactors over iron-core reactors are prominent.But with the increase of the amount of dry-type air-core reactors,more and more malfunctions occur.Interdecadal insulation damage is the main reason of reactor failure.In this paper,a turn-to-turn insulation test device using power electronics technology is proposed by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of using inter-turn insulation devices of existing test reactors at home and abroad.It will exert a continuous amplitude of sine wave voltage on the tested reactor.The output frequency is the resonant frequency of the high-voltage terminal and the parallel capacitor,and the controller can be tuned.The use of resonant principles can reduce the power and transformer output capacity.Compared with the traditional device,the bipolar oscillation wave detection method has the advantages of small test power capacity,high voltage distribution on the reactor,easy to observe the fault and so on.First of all,there are different national standards in each voltage level reactor turn-to-turn insulation testing.It requires 3000 peak voltage verification in 1 minute or a half.Analyze the principle of parallel resonance detection in theory.The paper also gives the overall system design and analyzes the system work and control processes.Secondly,Design the main part according to the test parameters stipulated by the national standard,including the power supply,the high-frequency step-up transformer and the measuring circuit etc.And the paper completes the feasibility analysis and system simulation of the overall circuitusing Simulinks simulation module in MATLAB by Simulinks simulation module in MATLAB.Finally the paper completes the test.The control circuit uses DSP control and completes the auxiliary power supply design,A/D converter module design and other content,to complete the field test.The final experiment meets the expected goals.
