The concept of complex adaptive system(CAS)has existed for a long time.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer technology,CAS is becoming more intelligent.Traditional modeling methods can not meet the modeling needs of modern CAS.In this paper,an agent-based modeling and simulation(ABMS)method is used to model the CAS.ABMS is a new modeling method developed by artificial intelligence.Its bottom-up modeling idea coincides with the concept of complex adaptive system.By simulating the behavior of the agents in the CAS,the inner model of the agent and the interaction rules with other agents are simulated.Then the activity research of the subject reflects the macroscopic change trend of the system,which provides powerful modeling support for the complex adaptive system research.In this paper,ABMS method is used as a research tool,which mainly studies two kinds of problems.First,it studies the safety awareness of the employees in the background of enterprise security,which are the co-evolving system of individual employee safety awareness and group safety awareness respectively.Second,Its practical application in power system-intelligent dispatching system.The main research contents are as follows.In order to enhance employee's safety consciousness and reduce employee's unsafe behavior,this paper constructs the emergence model of individual employee's safety awareness under the influence of multi-agent interaction by using the emergent characteristics of complex system and ABMS method.Analysis of simulation results shows that safety awareness is the emergence of multi-agent interaction,and the impact of each agent on employee safety awareness is different.It has some guiding significance for the construction of enterprise safety.After studying the safety awareness of individual employees,in order to be close to the reality of enterprises,this paper further builds a co-evolving model of safety awareness among employees based on the individual employee safety awareness model.In this model,the interpersonal asymmetric impact function and the safety risk communication model(R-SIR-R model)are introduced to enable the model to more accurately analyze and explain the changing trend of safety awareness among group employees in the enterprise.Finally,the theory of A BMS modeling is actually applied to the grid system,and the overall framework of the intelligent dispatching system in the grid is modeled and the system workflow is designed.
