Abstract/Summary:
The application development of refrigerator products has gone through the initial stage of market acceptance and promotion,and has passed the market maturity stage of the branding development period.At present,it has entered the stage of research and development of technological innovation,mining of user needs and reflecting differentiated individual consumption.With the development of the national economy,the consumer demand for household appliances has also undergone great changes,and the demand for products shows the characteristics of diversification.In this context,home appliance enterprises have ushered in a new opportunity for transformation,and it is urgent to segment the market of consumer groups,thus accurately positioning user needs and formulating appropriate product strategies.The post-1995 generation has gradually stepped onto the stage of history,with huge consumption potential,which drives the market to carry out new consumption upgrades.Refrigerators targeted at this group have a huge potential market.At the same time,the continuous progress of Internet,big data and other technologies has effectively promoted the intelligent development of products.Product design combined with context awareness technology can help post-1995 users effectively improve their quality of life and efficiency,and help improve user experience.Firstly,this paper studies the theory of context awareness,reviews the theoretical concepts such as context awareness system and service,context awareness process and context factor analysis in the academic field,and determines the application links and processes of context awareness in product design.Secondly,a literature review of the existing research on smart refrigerators was conducted.From the perspective of the post-1995 generation,the content was output in combination with the direction of technology application,so as to verify the value of applying context awareness technology to the design of smart refrigerators.First refrigerator user segment for extensive consumer groups after 95,the desktop research sorting out the typical characteristics of this group,combining with the characteristics of situational factors and people sort out quantitative questionnaire research problem,based on the quantitative study,further in-depth interviews,sort out 12 user demands,and the user data clustering analysis,Two types of user models,"life coffee" and "idealist",were established.Based on these two types of models,scenario scripts of post-1995 users were designed respectively to clarify users’ situational needs during the use of smart refrigerators.Results The design strategy of smart refrigerator for post-1995 users in user context,environment context and task context was proposed,and the design strategy was evaluated and transformed through the design practice of smart refrigerator hardware and software products.In the product practice stage,targeted solutions are provided in combination with the specific situation of users and products.After sorting out the content and details of product design,customizable smart refrigerator hardware products and mobile terminal products linked with information are output from the hardware and software contact ends.From the end of hardware products,combining with the user distance information to provide food display function,open the refrigerator can have interesting interaction with users;From the end of software products,the perceptible situational factors are integrated to help users efficiently manage the contents of the refrigerator,identify food materials and recommend intelligent recipes,and provide users with a healthy life based on diet and exercise data.For users to develop both intelligent perception and personalized use of the exclusive refrigerator.Specific design content is produced to verify the theoretical research in the early stage and promote enterprises to develop reasonable product strategies for the post-1995 user market.
