Research On The Relationship Of Traffic Safety Awareness And Safety Behavior

Traffic is a key economic issue in modern city. However, China has entered a period of high incidence of traffic accidents, which caused the casualties serious impact on the economy and social stability and development, traffic safety situation is very grim. Transport system is a complex system composed of people, vehicles, road and environmental factors, upon investigation, in the ratio of traffic accidents caused by various factors, the human factor accounted for about 95.3% of the total.Driver fatigue driving, speeding overloading, violation traffic and pedestrian walking through vehicles roads illegally and such other behaviors are the main reasons leading to deaths, but the deeper reason behind the direct causes is that drivers and pedestrians have a weak awareness of traffic safety.So, enhance the safety awareness of them is the decisive factor to improve traffic safety.At present, some developed countries make some investigations and studies on human dimension of security in certain areas, mainly from the specific actions, but study and investigation from the perspective of safety awareness is still few, in China, study regard to it is especially lake. This paper mainly selected safety awareness of pedestrians, taxi drivers and subway drivers three types of crowd for research. First of all, sorted out and concluded relevant research by predecessors and raised the basic assumptions that safety awareness has a positive impact on relations with safe behaviour; and secondly, used of observation, interviews, brainstorming , scale entry screening method and reliability and validity inspection, formed a scientific and effective security awareness measurement questionnaire.After the questionnaire formed, taked the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, conducted safety awareness test by the principle of Quantitative-based, supplemented by qualitative, and used SPSS statistical software for analysis of data obtained from the test, got the personnel safety awareness comprehensive assessment and scored safety awareness marks into excellent, in order to take correlation analysis of the relationship between safety awareness and safety action. The result shows that safety awareness and security is inseparable from the safety action, but also each has difference from the other, the focus of them are different.So,for the two, studies can not be ignored. Ultimately, the proposals are appropriated.
