Military scientific research institutes,as the mainstay and backbone force in the national defense science,technology and industry system,are responsible for the three historical missions of building services for the national defense forces,promoting scientific and technological advancement of national defense equipment,and serving the development of the national economy.All along,military research institutes have made great contributions to the national defense science and technology industry,and have also played an active role in the rapid development of the national economy.They have always been the main force for the development and innovation of science and technology in our country's socialist economic development.In the military research institutes,the human factor is the most important resource.How to build scientific research personnel incentives that are not only suitable for the characteristics of military research institutes,but also meet the current development strategy of military-military integration,has become the development of military research institutes.A core proposition.In this context,this paper studies the incentives of scientific personnel of the S-Ship Institute.This article takes the typical military research institute of the S Ship Institute as an example,analyzes the characteristics and incentive features of the military researchers,and summarizes the main problems existing in the scientific research personnel incentives of the S-Ship Institute,as well as the background of military-military integration.At the same time,through the analysis of the incentive effects of scientific research personnel in space science research institutes and similar military ship scientific research institutes of the S Institute,it has been concluded that military researchers' incentives are used for reference.This article believes that the scientific research personnel incentives in the S Ship Institute should follow the four principles of combining on-demand and differentiation,fairness and fairness,combining internal and external incentives,and short-term incentives,and improve compensation incentives,employee career development incentives,performance assessment incentives,and The comprehensive incentive system in which environmental incentives and corporate culture incentives complement each other and interact with each other enables researchers to continuously acquire a sense of accomplishment in their work,thereby stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of researchers and achieving the "talent" as an important factor for military research institutes.Development plays an important supporting role.At the same time,in the current deep environment of military-military integration,we will further improve innovation and entrepreneurial incentives for scientific personnel of the S Ship Institute,optimize incentives for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,use collaborative innovation platforms,and establish scientific and rational internal and external talent flow mechanisms.Exploring effective incentive methods such as equity incentives to support scientific research personnel in creating new businesses and entrepreneurship,and providing ideas and lessons for fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of military scientific research personnel for the defense science and technology industry and national economic construction.
