As a modern service industry,the service level of cabin crew is an important part of its service products and the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the change of the world economic situation,JK Airlines is facing the problems of "rising cost,decreasing revenue,serious flight attendant loss,low customer loyalty" and so on.The emergence of these problems,are closely related to the service quality of cabin crew.Therefore,how to retain employees,how to play their enthusiasm is the key to solve the above problems.This paper intends to study the improvement and promotion of the company's cabin crew incentive management.Around the research topic of this paper,on the basis of questionnaire survey,theoretical analysis and case analysis,it is concluded that the main performance of the company's cabin crew incentive management problems are the reduction of active service awareness and occupational sensitivity.Based on the achievement needs theory,two factor theory and equity theory,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of JK airline's managers' performance management,which is to adhere to the concept of "people-oriented" and "employees are partners of the enterprise".According to the above ideas,this paper focuses on the following conclusions:JK airlines should establish a dynamic salary incentive system to enhance the enthusiasm of personnel;JK airlines should strengthen the construction of corporate culture to release the vitality of personnel;JK airlines should expand the welfare during the rest period,refine and implement the "spirit of flight attendants";JK airlines should set reasonable performance rating standards,and performance should be linked with income;JK airlines should implement the following measures Implement differentiated incentive measures,targeted incentives and ensure timely incentives.This paper also provides a theoretical analysis framework for the optimization path of cabin crew incentive management in domestic airlines.At the same time,all kinds of incentive management optimization scheme and safeguard measures proposed in this paper also have certain reference value for human resource management of civil aviation enterprises.
