Aviation dipping sonar is the most important part of world's aviation anti-submarine warfare system today,using helicopter's maneuverability and aviation to search submarine and combat is frontier research in all countries.In recent years,along with the rapid development in aviation and acoustic field in our country,this research has been achieved.A series of batch of highly precise side modern weapons and equipmenthas keeps emerging which make our navy more powerful.We take more speaking right in the situation of global ocean strategy.This paper designed one collapsed and extend system for aviation dipping sonar which placed in the helicopter.Because of the scurviness ocean environment,we should obey more strict design rules to achieve better goals.At the sane time,our machine should be small in size and light in weight.So we also introduce some light new materials in this paper.First,a drive motor with high reliability is necessary to ensure collapsed ang extend system in smooth running.This paper introduced how to choose the suitable drive motor according torque,power and load during different working conditions.At last,after contrast of many motors in domestic and overseas,this paper choosed the brushless DC motor indomestic.Then,this paper designed the whole collapsed and extend system for airborne sonar,contains important parts.At the same time,this paper builded the 3D model for the important parts;And then,this paper used ANSYS Workbench analysed the structural strength of some parts.According the first strength theories,this paper checked some parts whether confit systerm design requirements.At last,this paper made adjustment in structure in some parts after the lake test and ocean test,achieved further optimization in structure which also laied the foundation of later collapsed and extend system for airborne sonar...
