Research On Coordination Management Of AZ Construction Enterprises

In recent years,Our state promote state-owned enterprises transformation.In response to the national call,Daqing oilfield has already begun to take the lead in entering the transformation in the early stages.Oilfield ground construction is also a complex and dynamic system.Coordinated functions,smooth information transmission,optimizing the rational allocation of resources,clear business process,related process management is the necessary conditions for success in enterprise management.How to adapt to the change of development,and improve management level is becoming a realistic and urgent subject.In order to realize the value and creation activities of oilfield enterprises,A powerful management tool is urgently needed.Firstly,this paper use the collaborative management theory,combining with AZ construction enterprise management status,classify and analyze the AZ common management problems of construction enterprise,proposing the AZ building enterprise collaborative management of the strategic target.Then summarizing the key points of the design of the collaborative management system of AZ construction enterprises in information,resources,organization,business and process,and providing related experience for the construction enterprises of the same type of oilfield.Finally,putting forward the implementation of the construction enterprise measures from strengthening the construction of management team,leadership role promoting the participation of the whole staff,collaborative management culture to ensure that the design of AZ construction enterprise coordinated management is carried out smoothly.Facing the transformation and development of AZ construction enterprise,and using the collaborative management theory in order to adapt to the changing external environment and meet the needs of the development of enterprises.
