Research On Quality Management Of Construction Projects In A University Library

Libraries,teaching buildings and dormitory buildings are indispensable for the construction of new campus.The common ground is that the construction duration is long,the quality fluctuation is large,the quality concealment is strong.Such construction projects,in the process of quality management,highlight the characteristics of repetitive work,complexity and complexity.As the owners,colleges and universities are not only the main role of the investment and responsibility of the project,but also the core of the quality control.Their quality management of the project go throughout all the period of the project and every part of the project.As a result,owners use of total quality management theory,adopt effective methods and measures to implement quality management and control of the project,is the guarantee of high quality engineering to form is also the purpose of this study.The article is on the basis of introduction foreign advanced quality management system and research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of construction project quality management.This paper analyzes a series of problems in the construction quality management of the construction project of the library: contradiction between schedule and quality,impact of funds not timely in place on quality and influence of construction environment on quality.The article points out that:(1)the owner is the user of the final product of the building,which should pay more attention to the quality control than the construction party and the supervisor.(2)The quality of the owner’s own quality is directly affected by the quality of the final building products.In order to ensure the realization of the quality objectives of the construction project,the owner has implemented the following quality assurance measures:(1)take the quality plan as an important part of quality control in the early stage of decision-making;(2)In the construction phase of the project,emphasis should be given to the study of standards and quality acceptance standards,so as to improve the quality management level of the project.
