| China’s "Guideline for Inspection and Repair of Equipment in Power Generation Enterprises" divides the overhaul of generator sets into four grades: A,B,C and D.Class A maintenance is a major disassembly inspection and repair of the generator set to maintain,restore or improve the performance of the important maintenance items,generally only once in four to six years.A-level maintenance projects of the highest importance,with high risk,tight schedule,heavy tasks,high security requirements,the transformation of the project,the quality requirements are strict,complex coordination of information and requires a lot of resources and so on.Therefore,studying the risk factors in the A-class maintenance project and putting forward targeted risk control measures are of great significance to the power system and social economic life.At present,there are few researches on the risks of A-class maintenance projects of large-scale units.Most of the maintenance projects are also focused on on-site risk control.How to comprehensively control overhauling risks is the focus of risk management of Aclass maintenance projects.In this paper,a set of risk identification and evaluation methods are established for the actual A level 2 × 630 MW thermal power plant maintenance project in TC power plant.The risk assessment of A-level maintenance project in power plant and the reasonable risk control strategy are proposed Power plant in the unit before maintenance problems to be solved.In this paper,the actual situation of TC power plant,TC plant thermal power plant A-class maintenance project risk assessment and control studies.In this paper,the risk management theory and risk assessment theory and method of maintenance project are sorted out.Then the TC plant professional equipment assessment and status analysis,through the analysis,thermal power unit main overhaul include boiler equipment overhaul,steam turbine overhaul and electrical equipment overhaul.Next,the risks in the maintenance process are analyzed and identified,and the risks resulting from the analysis are mainly from aspects of quality,economy,safety and management.After that,this paper constructs the evaluation index system based on the quality,economy,safety and management risk according to the specific situation of TC power plant,and builds the risk evaluation model by using AHP and triangular fuzzy number method.The actual situation of thermal power plant in TC plant is substituted into the model to get the final risk evaluation result.From the evaluation results,it can be seen that the project with the highest risk in the entire A-stage maintenance project is the boiler maintenance project.Finally,the article puts forward targeted risk control measures according to the possible risks in the A-class thermal power plant overhaul project.The results of this paper are of great significance to improve the quality and level of overhaul of Class A maintenance project in TC power plant and to improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of power plant. |
