There has strong working intensity in traditional manual meter reading method,which is easy to leak or miss reading,can't accurately calculate the actual line loss,user power load prediction and control data.This leads to the failure of the power supply company to complete and accurately control the information of the power users,and it is difficult to meet the demand for the development of the power supply business.At present,the power supply company promotes the standardized management level by speeding up the marketing measurement,meter reading,standardized charging and information construction.The construction of electric power users information acquisition system could achieve "full coverage,full collection,full cost control" for power users,it will effectively change the situation that can not be timely,complete and accurate control of power user information for a long time,so as to promote the realization of marketing modern management,improve the service level and the reliability of power supply for the power supply enterprise.In order to build up the information collection system of power consumption,the thesis carefully reference to the relevant research results at home and abroad.We have designed a set of data acquisition system for low-voltage users,which can be applied to the power supply and management system by automatic data acquisition,transmission and processing.Firstly,this paper introduces the construction significance and background,the overall function and the overall structure of the electrical information acquisition system.Secondly,the function of each module of the system is analyzed,and the design requirements of the key components are studied,such as the main station,the concentrator,the carrier power meter and so on.Through the analysis of the success rate of collection,the application rate of the meter reading and the accurate calculation rate of the line loss in the platform,the application results of the system can be evaluated.Through contrasting different technology of communication channel design,we discussed the scope of application of various technologies.On the premise of preventing data interference,we put forward a way to enhance the real-time and accuracy of data transmission,that is to say,remote communication develops fiber optic communication,local communication reasonably uses power line carrier communication and RS485 communication mode.At the end of the paper,we have summarized the practical results of the system,including the deployment and installation of the system,the application of the system and so on.These results will provide a strong technical support for automatic meter reading,SMS platform,automatic query,intelligent interaction and personalized service.
