With the energy consumption and environmental pollution problems become increasingly serious,electricity prices continue to promote the reform,increasing competition in the power industry,power enterprise reform and innovation has become particularly important.In view of the demand of performance system transformation in Dalat power plant,this paper discusses the simultaneous performance construction of power plant centralized control operation based on practical case study,and applies and analyzes the system advantages and disadvantages.First of all,this paper introduces the development status of domestic and foreign power plant performance monitoring system.At present,the centralized monitoring information system(SIS)of the domestic power plant is integrated with real-time monitoring,optimization control and enterprise information management.Information management system(MIS)and decentralized control system(DCS).Secondly,in order to improve the adaptability of power plant performance monitoring system,this paper first introduces the general situation of Dalate power plant project,and provides the data foundation for the follow-up system function construction through the boiler coal combustion economy experiment and the unit main steam pressure optimization experiment.Then,this paper summarizes the current performance theory,through the purpose of performance monitoring system,meaning,principles and characteristics of the feasibility and applicability of the subject.Then,based on the actual engineering of Dalat Power Plant,this paper discusses the construction content of power plant performance monitoring system,including network architecture design and application function design.Finally,based on the development of Dalate operating performance monitoring system project,according to its own characteristics,here mainly from three aspects: synchronous performance supervision and evaluation system,start and stop process monitoring system and condition optimization system.This study focuses on the construction and application of the performance monitoring system.The research results basically meet the expected objectives,effectively solve the problems of the original system,realize the basic application of the real-time system,improve the system stability,reduce the maintenance workload,And put into operation a total of 20 modules,including the basic module and feature modules.Run the performance appraisal system so that the enthusiasm of the work of the general increase,increased participation,the incentive effect of the bonus is obvious,Among them,denitrification ammonia from 3.7kg / million KWh down to 2.9kg / million KWh;AGC race AGC qualified rate of 95%,the grid company AGC assessment of electricity from the previous almost every month to change the status of the assessment A few months are net profit,Gradually increased from the net profit of 100 MW,the highest monthly profit of 14 million kwh.In addition,after the initial application of the system,it is very important for the management personnel to look up data,report statistics,run analysis and remote online test.
