At the beginning of 2015,the State Council officially reformed the "No.9 Document",which officially opened a new round of power system reform.Among them,the orderly distribution of electricity to the social capital became the key content of this round of new power reform.In this round of new power reform,traditional power grid enterprises are facing unprecedented impacts and challenges,while traditional county-level power supply enterprises are pushed to the forefront by the power-sales side,directly facing market-oriented reforms,transformation and development.And the challenges of various new types of electricity sales companies.In the face of surging social capital and sales companies that have sprung up like mushrooms,many county-level power supply companies have panic.Under such a background,this paper stands in the position and perspective of traditional county-level power supply enterprises,briefly expounds the development process of domestic and foreign electric power reform,understands various marketing strategies of foreign power sales companies,and uses State Grid Xinchang County Power Supply Company.For example,with the analysis methods commonly used in management such as Porter's Five Forces Analysis,SWOT Analysis and PEST Analysis,this paper analyzes the current domestic macro environment and power industry development trends,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of county-level power supply enterprises.Opportunities and threats,etc.At the same time,with the marketing strategy theory as the breakthrough point,the strategic management thinking is applied to the management of county-level power supply enterprises.And builds on the basis of the planned behavior theory.The simulation model of the competition pattern of the electricity sales market of Netlogo simulation platform simulates the competition pattern of the power-selling side market with lower cost as the strategy in the market environment of the future sales side.In addition,this paper also applies the differentiated centralized strategy to the actual work of Xinchang Industrial Cluster.With the help of big data analysis method,it comprehensively analyzes the geographical,industrial and incremental situation of industrial agglomeration customers in the county,and masters the industrial agglomeration users.The geographical distribution,the industry in which the incremental users are located in the future,and its daily power consumption,so as to provide targeted power supply services for users in these industries in the future,and provide reference for targeted power recommendations.After analysis,comparison,simulation and examples,we have come to the following conclusion:As long as the government's policies are reasonable,the sales side market will show great vitality in the period after the sales side is released,and the sales side will compete.It will be very fierce.but after a period of competition for big fish and small fish,the market will stabilize,and traditional power supply companies will have a reasonable market share through strong price adjustment.At the same time,in the future market competition of power-selling side,power supply companies need to make full use of advanced methods such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis to continuously tap users' consumption habits and personality preferences,so that services can be accurately pushed and innovative power service packages are continuously innovated.To meet the individual needs of users,the only way to continuously improve the quality of power services and enhance the user experience,the loyalty of users can be continuously consolidated,and the competitiveness of enterprises can be continuously improved.
