| Electric power industry in our country has a critical position,steady and healthy development of the power industry will be able to ensure sustainable development of the economy in our country.Therefore the development of electric power industry is one of the most important things for our country.But the development of electric power industry requires huge capital of human and high quality of technical,which requires the construction of electric power industry must make full preparations.In the construction project of electric power industry,the period of electric power line construction project is very long,the investment is very big,so the result is of high hopes.But without scientific planning and related evaluation,it is easy to make project fail achieving the desired results.So it is more necessary for electric power line construction project make strict scientific technical and economic analysis and evaluation,so as to ensure the implementation of project can achieve the maximum economic benefit with the most appropriate investment.Therefore,in the current situation,how to use a set of scientific technical and economic evaluation and research system to guide line construction project investment and operation is the key to solve the existing problems.In this paper,based on actual,we select three electric lines on Shuohuang rail as samples of construction project,and study on its technical and economic evaluation.This paper first expounds the technical and economic evaluation methods,and analyze the performance characteristics of this production line;Second,it determines the economic indicators for the line construction project,and makes technical and economic analysis;Then it selects suitable technical and economic evaluation index,and makes technical and economic evaluation;Finally,based on the above evaluation,this paper expounds the prospects of the development of this production line.This paper can not only provide theoretical support for the Shuohuang rail electric line construction project,it also can provide a reference for similar line construction project development and using for reference. |
