Safety risk management is an important part of modern engineering project construction management.With the transformation of the traditional construction to the modern construction,the safety risk management plays an increasingly important role in the overall management of the project.Security risk management is not separated from the traditional security management,but it is not a simple continuation and renovation of traditional safety management.At present,with the increasing demand of railway electrification in our country,there are more and more electrical engineering projects.In the existing railway construction process to strengthen the safety management,the project has an important significance for the smooth.In this paper,the existing railway electrical transformation project safety management as the research object,the new Shuohuang existing railway electrical renovation project in the implementation process of the risk of safety management in the implementation of a detailed analysis.Specifically includes the following aspects:(1)the basic theory of project safety management.This part mainly summarizes the basic concepts and theories of safety management,and strengthens the further understanding of the basic theoretical knowledge of project safety management.(2)project safety management risk identification.The project is the specific research object,and the safety management risk in the project construction process is analyzed.(3)analysis and evaluation of the safety management risk of the existing railway electrical reconstruction project by using the fuzzy AHP method.(4)project safety management optimization measures.Based on the results obtained from the safety risk analysis of the railway electrical reconstruction project,the corresponding measures to ensure the smooth progress of the project were established.Through the study of this paper can get the following conclusions:(1)through the analysis of the fishbone diagram can be seen as the security risk management of Shuohuang Railway electrical renovation project mainly for the factors,environmental factors,material factors,organizational factors,personnel factors implement 5 main factors and 15 sub factors to subdivide their Shuohuang;(2)both the security risk management of railway electrification reconstruction project scheduling results can be seen,the project safety risk probability is "very likely".(3)in order to ensure the effective management of the construction safety risk of railway electrification project,aiming at the actual Shuohuang Railway electrical transformation of a series of guarantee mechanisms,including the concept of security,organizational security,technical support,personnel security and system security mechanism.
