Multi-sensory Ideas In An Open Residential Landscape Design Research

It makes the residential model turn from closed to open.The Official guidance point out In the context of today's diversified development,the total number of urban residential properties has made a significant improvement.The traditional and closed community is no longer fit the resource sharing society.Many society issues were found in the process,like Low utilization rate of supporting facilities,Insufficient vitality of settlements,more community strangers and big urban traffic pressure.that we need gradually open the closed community.So how to update the landscape design to help people make the rehabilitation and relax is the urgent problem to be solved under the policy promotion.This article is based on open residential area related policies and research in the opened community landscape design.First of all,from the current social construction background and the theory of '"closed residential area","open residential area" and "multi-sensory experience concept",the research object is defined as the landscape design practice of open block residential houses;Secondly,analyze and research the typical cases.Try to find a design method that fits the open residential landscape,combine it with the concept of multi-sensory perception by observation and questionnaire surveys then sum up the survey data.Finally,taking the residential landscape redevelopment design of Hefei Haidu as an example,a five-sensory experiential design method was implanted in the design.From the field survey site selection,current status analysis,to practice,the five major sensory themes were partitioned and set accordingly.The participatory landscape nodes that can arouse the sympathy of the residents and the overall design want to create a livable living environment starting from the human nature itself.The innovation of the paper is to try to integrate the open-planned landscape environmental considerations with the experiential landscape design under the multi-sensory concept.It is not a complete negation of the traditional settlement model,nor is it simply to "remove" the wall.With the promotion of the rapid development of the city,an open-plan residential area is established in a suitable area,combined with the multi-sensory experience-style design concept,the landscape in the downtown area of Hefei City is renewed and the landscape is an open plan residential area.The design provides effective redesign advice and a certain reference significance.At the same time,it also has practical significance for enhancing the vitality of the settlement and creating a new residential landscape environment.
