| Condenser,as the cold source of thermal cycle of thermal power station,is a huge and complex shell and tube heat exchanger.Condenser is an important part of generating units.The main function of the condenser is to ensure the steam turbine exhaust to heat exchange with the cooling water in the condenser,and condenses the steam turbine exhaust into water.It can not only improve the vacuum degree of the condenser,but also provide the water supply for the boiler.Through this heat exchange,the condenser maintains a certain back pressure to ensure the output of the steam turbine.Therefore,the performance of condenser will directly affect the safe operation and thermal economy of generating units.First,this paper takes the inlet water chamber of the condenser of the 880 MW unit of the Suizhong power generation limited liability company as the research object.In view of the serious erosion corrosion status of the lower pipe bundle at the inlet end of the condenser,the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field in the inlet water chamber of the condenser is carried out with the help of the general numerical simulation software,and the scour of the tube bundle at the inlet of the condenser is clearly defined.Position and cause.Secondly,three schemes are put forward to optimize the flow field of the inlet water chamber of the condenser.By comparing the numerical simulation results of each optimization scheme,the optimization scheme of adding the guide plate in the inlet pipe of the inlet water chamber is selected,and the size,installation position and material of the diversion plate are designed,made and installed.Finally,it is proved that the diversion plate can improve the uniformity of the flow field on the outlet section of the inlet water chamber of the condenser,and reduce the erosion corrosion of the middle and lower part of the pipe,and evaluates its significance to improve the safety and economy of the unit operation. |
