Recently,the demand and consumption of energy has become the main contradiction between the social development and progress of science and technology.To save energy and improve the efficiency is on the looming.The efficient and reasonable utilization of energy has been the key to the sustainable economic development.In the background of the continued dominance of thermal power generation,it is feasible to improve the operation of steam turbine unit and to improve the efficiency of heat exchange.In this paper,the thermal performance of steam turbine unit is analyzed and summarized.With the help of the test results of the parameters of a 300 MW steam turbine set by a power station,the work of this paper is the induction and calculation of all data.Through the analysis of the calculation results of heat consumption rate,we get the optimal constant sliding pressure condition of 300 MW steam turbine,and provide strong basis for the economy and safety of the unit.At the same time,the remolding of the condenser has an important influence on the heat transfer effect of the whole unit,thus the whole transformation of the condenser has been carried out in this paper.First,the selection and cooling pipe diameter,tube length,quantity and wall thickness of condenser were analyzed and reconstructed.Then,CFD technology was applied to simulate and compare and optimize the condenser cooling pipe layout and water chamber structure.Use the three-dimensional modeling software UG to establish the transformation of the former model and the optimization model.Mesh the modes with the application of ICEM.Numerical calculation is made into Fluent software.We get the distribution of pressure and speed of the shell side of the steam condenser in different piping mode,and cooling water flow velocity contours and flow chart in the condenser water chamber is received.The simulation results show that the steam flow field of the condenser of bionic double tree tube is more uniform.There is no obvious vortex phenomenon in the main condensate area.There will be no steam accumulation.The shell side flow resistance will not cause the vibration of the cooling pipe,and it will significantly improve the heat exchange effect of the condenser;After the transformation of condenser,the cooling water flow smoothly,and basically eliminat the vortex and flow dead zone.It can reduce the energy loss caused by water resistance and increase the heat transfer,so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
