Historical and cultural blocks are an important component of a famous historical and cultural city,which can not only express the historical information of the city,but also demonstrate the continuity of the city’s cultural heritage and value.However,the development of urban economy often overlooks the protection of landscape visual resources,and at the same time,there is relatively little research on the visual characteristics of historical and cultural blocks in China.In response to the objective needs of visual protection for the current landscape of historical and cultural blocks,a method suitable for evaluating the visual characteristics of the landscape of historical and cultural blocks is established.The visual characteristics of the landscape of historical and cultural blocks are summarized,and corresponding control strategies are proposed.First of all,this thesis analyzes the landscape elements and visual impact factors of historical and cultural blocks,from the two aspects of street interface and landscape corridor,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to select eight evaluation indicators,including line sticking rate,interface density,width to height ratio,perspective,sight distance,sky width,traffic reachability,skyline beauty and mountain visibility,and give them weights to clarify the evaluation indicator data acquisition methods and evaluation standards,Constructing a visual feature evaluation system for the landscape of historical and cultural blocks.Secondly,taking the historical and cultural district of Dongdajie Street in Tongcheng City as the research object,in the visual analysis of street and lane interface landscape,unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photography is used to obtain image data,POS data,and image control point coordinates.A three-dimensional model of Dongdajie Street in Tongcheng City is constructed in Context Capture software,and the building monomer is completed in Arc GISpro software.By using three-dimensional buffer analysis,the values of the line adhesion rate and interface density of Dongdajie Street were obtained.The results showed that as the main street of the block,Dongdajie Street has good visual continuity,strong closure,strong guidance,and clear direction of the landscape visual characteristics;By analyzing and mapping the skyline,the values of perspective,sight distance,and sky width were obtained.The results showed that Dongdajie Street has significant visual differences,relaxed visual pressure,and short sight distance landscape visual features.In the visual analysis of landscape corridors,five evaluation factors,including location,altitude,ecology,history,culture,and form,are first obtained through expert scoring.Based on the evaluation factors,Touzi Mountain and Ximen Mountain are selected as scenic spots.A threedimensional model of Tongcheng is constructed using terrain,imagery,DEM,and other data.By evaluating the landscape corridor,it is concluded that the skyline of its landscape corridor lacks aesthetic appeal,The permeability shows a gradually decreasing trend from west to east along the East Street.Finally,based on the evaluation of the visual characteristics of the landscape of the Dongdajie Historical and Cultural District in Tongcheng City,corresponding control strategies are proposed from two aspects: the street lane interface and the landscape visual corridor.The control of the street and alley interfaces in the East Street Historical and Cultural District of Tongcheng City focuses on protection,and is specifically implemented in the control of buildings.Control measures are proposed for cultural relics protection units,historical buildings,general traditional buildings,and other buildings;In terms of landscape corridors,appropriate viewpoints are selected to construct the corridor,and elevation crosssection analysis is used to obtain height limit values and propose building height limit control measures based on this.
