The Analysis Of Architectural Space Design Of “Maker Base” Under The Background Of “Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation”

With the wave of “Public entrepreneurship and Innovation”,the state has has published a series of policies to encourage support,and these policies will promote the rapid development of "Double innovation",and make it become a strong support for China’s economic development.In the context of this era,the "Maker Base" of innovative sites for makers has emerged."Maker Base" could be regarded as an entrepreneurial community that integrates entrepreneurship,life and social interaction to create innovative venues for the makers.Compared with the incubation garden,industrial park,pioneer park and other traditional park,the function of the "Maker Base " is more varied and more humanized.In Jinzhai county is listed as "national home business pioneer",The government of Jinzhai county has issued relevant policies to help returning entrepreneurs from the aspects of financial support,platform construction and entrepreneurial services.Against this background,the development of "Maker’s Town" has great potential.However the present domestic research mainly focuses on the "Maker Base" on the policy and construction strategies,based on the perspective of architecture planning design research is relatively small,leading to the building design of "Maker Base" lacks powerful theoretical support.The paper is based on the phenomenon of the essence,from the practice to the theory,The paper develops from five aspects,the first section is the background of the emergence of "Maker Base " and related research at home and abroad.And the specific research content and method of this article are elaborated.Secondly,analyze the related concepts of the "Maker Base ",and compared the "Maker Base" with traditional industrial park,such as industrial park,incubation garden,pioneer park,it is concluded that the biggest difference is the meaning."Maker Base " is a primary consideration for the makers,aiming to provide them with an entrepreneurial community integrating entrepreneurship,life and social interaction,which is more humanized in the planning and design.The third section is to analyze the relevant case: Dream town in Yuhang,Huangshan’ in Alley,and Computing town in Hangzhou,in view of the demand in the field of space design,analyzed the project of conception,space structure,embody humanistic elements,etc..It provides a theoretical basis for subsequent summary space design strategy and the method.Then summarized the overall control of architectural space and spatial analysis.Elements for a guest town building space and the restriction factor,and the industry of the town activity characteristics,and behavior characteristics of geeks and the in the mind need a guest town of architectural space is analyzed,and on this basis,combining with the actual case analysis,the result of the tentatively puts forward the principles of architectural space to create a guest town.Finally,combining with the actual case--the planning and design of the Maker town of Jinzhai county,the research is promoted to the actual case,so as to test the previous theoretical research.
