The Research On The Renovation Design Of Existing Buildings To Makers Space

Under the background of “Internet +” and “The mass innovation created by public”,the maker groups and maker culture have developed rapidly in China which taking innovation,sharing,and practice as the main ideas.At the same time,the number of maker space has also increased.As a new type of building,the maker space in China is at the initial stage of development,the research on architectural space is insufficient and the practice of building maker space is relatively backward.Therefore,it is imperative to study the building space of the maker space.Secondly,with the transformation of the city's functions and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the city has a number of buildings that are not adapted to the needs of urban development.If these abandoned buildings are simply dismantled,they will be a waste of manpower,material resources and resources,also inconsistent with the “sustainable development” national policy.However,it is a good way to transform existing buildings.The study of existing building reconstruction has already had some theoretical and practical reference in our country.The author proposes to make use of the existing building reconstruction as a passenger creating space,which can solve the problem of rapid growth of the space for creating passengers and the long-standing contradiction in creating a new passenger space.At the same time,it also provides a new direction for the reconstruction of existing buildings.In summary,it is very worthy of study.First of all,through the summary of the formation and development of Maker Space,a basic understanding of Maker Space was achieved.Then,combining the existing Maker Space,the types and characteristics of Maker Space were analyzed and summarized.Based on this,through the analysis of user space requirements,we summarize the space composition and space organization mode that the passenger space should have.Finally,we compare and analyze some existing typical passenger space and propose some existing problems.The second is the summary of the causes and development stages of the existing building renovation,and the analysis of existing industrial buildings,office buildings,and residentialbuildings,summarizing the characteristics of the building and transforming it into an analysis of the feasibility of creating a passenger space.Outstanding architectural features suitable for transforming into a maker space.In the end,based on the analysis and summarization of the existing building reconstruction and the maker space,the strategy of building an existing building to create a passenger space is proposed,and the practice is finally carried out through preset projects.
