Research On The Conceptual Design Of The Transformation Of Makers’ Dwelling Space In Suburb Villages

In the context of China’s rapid urbanization,the process of urbanization is rapidly shifting to the suburbs,and the extensive development mode dominated by large-scale demolition and construction in the renovation of suburban villages is no longer suitable for the current development status of transforming urban and rural construction from quantity to quality.Under the background of urban-rural integration in suburban villages and the trend of the development of Internet technology,it is inevitable to inject new ways of industrial integration to meet the needs of new rural renewal and transformation mode.Under the background of East Lake Ecological reserve planning and rural revitalization construction in Wuhan,this paper takes the renovation and transformation of Wuxing Village of Yanxihu Lake in Wuhan as the research object,reviews the relevant theories and researches on the renewal model of suburban villages and maker settlement space,and conducts research and analysis on the living characteristics of young people and their needs for entrepreneurship and employment.In the face of the high rent in urban areas in the process of urbanization,The cost of living and starting a business for young people is too high,and the comprehensive pressure is relatively large.It is triggered by the comprehensive consideration of how to deal with the hollowing out of rural areas,the low-cost operation mode to increase the integration of urban and rural areas,and the actual demand of employment and starting a business for young people.Different from most rural renewal models,mass innovation and entrepreneurship are combined with rural revitalization.There is a trend of sharing on Internet platforms,so we choose the sharing settlement mode of young makers with the theme of creative industries.According to the investigation and conceptual design,it is urgent to establish the sharing settlement space with entrepreneurship and employment as the core in the renewal and reconstruction of suburban villages,which is the completion of the necessary functions in the development process of suburban villages and a necessary measure to promote urban renewal.By updating the conceptual design to readjust the layout of industrial functions,comprehensively improve the settlement environment,provide convenient living conditions and build a sharing resource cooperation and management platform under new technological conditions,explore new ways to solve the problem of the integration and coordinated development of rural and urban areas in the suburbs,and take the artistic creative industry as the leading.It provides a design idea of a shared settlement space serving entrepreneurial and employed youth and returning population,and explores a strategic model of rural renewal and reconstruction that meets the background of The Times.
