Digital hydraulic technology has been paid more and more attention in recent years by the hydraulic field.Many kinds of digital hydraulic components,such as digital pump,digital motor and digital oil cylinder have been reported and introduced in succession,and a new revolution of hydraulic technology is being set off.A new type of digital radial piston pump is studied in this paper.It has the following three advantages:(1)the pump can control the displacement of the pump through the external control signal,so as to realize the matching of the output flow of the pump and the required flow of the load,and improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system;(2)the pump is directly controlled by the switch signal,and it can be easily connected with the computer and the cost of electrical control is low;(3)the pump does not need complex and huge variable mechanism,the structure is simple and compact,and the cost is low.It has high reliability.In this paper,the principle of the new digital radial piston pump is designed,and the structure,working principle and the mechanical analysis of the key components are explained in detail.Secondly,in order to verify the working principle of the new digital radial piston pump and reduce the development cycle and the development cost of the pump,the paper establishes the pump.Virtual prototyping.The kinematics and dynamics of the pump are simulated and analyzed by virtual prototype.Thirdly,the paper establishes a digital radial piston pump single plunger AMESim simulation model,in order to improve the performance of the digital pump and obtain more stable output flow.The simulation analysis is made for the clearance volume,the spring stiffness of the oil discharge valve,the quality of the valve spool and the leakage gap of the plunger cavity.Plan.Finally,according to the performance test content of the digital radial piston pump prototype,the principle design of the prototype test system and the selection of components are carried out,and the digital pump prototype testing system is set up.The prototype test system can be used to test the maximum working pressure,volume efficiency and total efficiency of the prototype,and provide the basis for further development.
