In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial technology,highperformance hydraulic pumps with large flow and low pulsation have attracted much attention in various fields.Due to the unique advantages of hydraulic transmission,hydraulic transmission system has been widely used from civil to national defense,from general transmission to high-precision control system.With the development of highpressure and high-speed,high-pressure and large flow hydraulic pumps account for an increasing proportion in practical engineering applications.Combined with the characteristics of vane pump and plunger pump,a radial special-shaped plunger pump with vane characteristics is designed in this paper.The pump takes the flow of double acting vane pump as the main body,and is coupled with the flow of radial piston pump at the same outlet through different flow path,so as to improve the flow of combined pump and reduce pulsation.The influence of structural parameters of combined pump on its flow is studied,and the optimal parameter combination is found.The main research contents are as follows:1.Understand and be familiar with the internal structure and working principle of double acting vane pump and radial piston pump according to the read references and papers and materials related to hydraulic pump.Summarize the working defects and problems to be solved of vane pump and plunger pump.2.Combined with the characteristics of double acting vane pump and radial piston pump,the radial vane pump with vane characteristics is designed and completed,and important parts are completed,including the design of oil distribution shaft,left and right oil distribution discs and rotor.The establishment of its three-dimensional model is completed with the help of SolidWorks software.3.Use the software matlab to complete the separate theoretical flow calculation and Simulation of double acting vane pump and radial piston pump,extract the fluid domain from the three-dimensional model established by SolidWorks,and replace it into the software pumplinx for experimental simulation.The obtained simulation data curve is compared with the theoretical curve,The results obtained are summarized to observe whether the expected effect of the original design is achieved.4.Study the influence of the parameters of radial special-shaped piston pump,such as the number of blades,thickness and stator curve on the outlet flow,and find the optimal parameter combination of radial special-shaped piston pump through orthogonal analysis.To sum up,the design idea of this paper is to combine the structural characteristics of double acting vane pump and radial piston pump,redesign and improve relevant parts,combine double acting vane pump and radial piston pump to increase flow output and reduce flow pulsation,study the influence of structural parameters on flow,and obtain the optimal parameter combination of flow pulsation.Figure [37] Table [7] Reference [62]...
