Hydroelectric power is energy power generation technology which has the advantages of renewable,low cost,flexible operation,high reliability,recycling and other advantages.It has become an important measure to solve China's electric power resource gap and build a resource-saving society and environment-friendly society.At present,the domestic hydropower stations and river basin cascade hydropower development is being carried out at a brisk pace.So,the demand for the construction of remote centralized control center is even more exuberant.The Luohe Electric Power Development Co.,Ltd.of Huadian River working by the author of the paper,is a regional company focusing on the development and operation of hydropower stations.The company is mainly engaged in the development and operation of cascade hydropower stations in Sichuan and Luohe River basin.The development history has analyzed through domestic hydropower station control mode in this paper.Remote control center with integrated automation system of cascade water power station in Luohe River Basin is designed and researched.In the meantime,the overall design and planning of the centralized control center is finished.Furthermore,a feasible scheme of centralized control center in Chengdu construction is put forward in order to control power of the water flow domain Luo a library of eleven level.Therefore,the overall design of the basin centralized control center has been carried out,including site selection,watershed centralized control mode selection,integrated automation system function setting,etc..To the basin centralized control center integrated automation system,deferent functions of the related system are designed including computer monitoring system,the data exchange system,hydropower joint scheduling system,electric energy acquisition and report bidding,relay protection and fault information management,fire monitoring system,industrial television system,centralized data network and power dispatching data network.The security system and the principle of network is stated.Finally,the computer monitoring system from SD8000 is used with centralized monitoring system control center to achieve the monitoring and control of power plant side.The remote control center of cascade water power station in Luohe River Basin comprehensive automation system is designed,not only for joint optimal scheduling of enterprises to increase capacity and improve flood control and accident handling ability,but also for greatly reducing the power plant operation management,and reducing costs to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,and working environment management.At the same time,it can provide practical experience for the construction of a remote control center of a small and medium hydropower station.
