| It’s no doubt that safety is the most important issue for the hydropower stationgroup, especially in recent years, the centralized control hydropower station group hasbecome the main mode of hydropower development. How to evaluate the safety of thecentralized control hydropower station group and build the system of safety evaluationhas been a problem for the hydropower industry. Under this background, this paperapplied the System Engineering and System Safety Engineering into the research on keytechnique of safety evaluation, such as the analysis of the centralized controlhydropower station group, the model of the safety evaluation and the system of safetyevaluation. And the research results of this paper will contribute to the improvement ofcentralized control hydropower station group safety evaluation.In the early stages of the research, this paper had lucubrated the composition andoperate characteristics of the centralized control hydropower station group byinvestigating more than10hydropower companies. Then based on the investigation, thepaper classified the safety influence factors as operation and maintance factors,equipment safety factors, human factors, and safety management factors, and also do adeeply research and analysis on them, build the safety evaluation index system. Theindex system is aiming at the characteristics of centralized control hydropower stationgroup, emphasis on the evaluation of centralized control safety and scheduling safety.Based on the safety evaluation index system, the paper applied the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to build the safety evaluation system of centralizedcontrol hydropower station group and describe the operating mode of safety evaluationsystem detailedly.This paper also developed a computer system of the centralized controlhydropower station group safety evaluation system based on the ASP.NET and SQLServer data base technology. And at last, the paper presents an example of the computersystem. |
