A Study Of The Elderly Livable Community Planning In Yuanbao District Of Dandong City

The situation of the constant aggravation of aging degree in China will become increasingly serious,and all kinds of aging problems are becoming more and more prominent.Under the influence of many factors such as economic factors,social factors and cultural factors and so on,how to make older people safer and more comfortable in their old age will be a huge challenge that we must face.In the first and second chapters of the thesis,the author analyzes the current situation and development trend of aging in the global,domestic,and Liaoning provinces,and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign theories concerning elderly people’s retirement and livability by sorting out relevant information for the elderly livable communities.The research results and specific cases at home and abroad in the livelihood community for the elderly,together with the current development trend of the elderly livability industry and existing problems are analyzed.In the third chapter of the thesis,the author analyzes the psychological and physical characteristics of the elderly,and understands the needs of the elderly in material,spiritual,personal,and public needs.And the author summarizes and sorts out the existing laws,regulations and content systems related to the livability of the elderly.Based on this,the author puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions for the current relevant norms.For the livable community for the elderly,there is no uniform evaluation standard.Based on the requirement,the author summarizes and summarizes the content system of the livable community for the elderly including the living space,environmental space,management service space,and planning and regulation,and proposes that elderly livable communities need to have old age,health and safety,The characteristics of ease of integration provide direction and support for the planning principles and methods of the livable community for the elderly.In the fourth chapter of the thesis,the author visited some communities in the Yuanbao District of Dandong City and selected representative communities and places where the elderly were gathered to conduct interviews and questionnaire surveys on the status of livability.By arranging questionnaire surveys and interviews,the author analyzed the choices and needs of the elderly,the choice of travel modes and needs,the types of outdoor activities and other factors needed for livability.In the fifth chapter of the thesis,the author summarizes the problems existing in the living environment of the elderly through research and interviews.From the perspective of the community,planning studies are conducted from the perspective of demand.Problems are identified through requirements,so that corresponding countermeasure goals can be formulated so that social issues can be made spatially.Implemented and resolved.In this thesis,the author expatiates on the three aspects of the soft environment services and hardware conditions for the elderly livable communities and the planning and organization of the elderly livable communities.In the planning strategy for soft environment services for the livable community,we propose to improve community-level medical services,strengthen the psychological and health counseling of the elderly,establish a community security system,and strengthen old age from four aspects:healthy community services,security,cultural environment,and intelligent services.Organize and manage cultural life,and introduce planning strategies for the elderly intelligent service model.In the planning of the hardware condition of the livable community for the elderly,the author conducts planning research on land planning,living space,activity space,traffic environment,supporting service facilities planning strategy,and aging old districts,and proposes embedded and hybrid site selection.The layout model,the scale of land for pedestrians guided by walking,the design of apartments for the needs of the elderly,the outdoor activity space to reduce the sense of loneliness,the accessibility of the old traffic environment,and the community supporting service facilities adapted to local conditions.In accordance with the planning,organization,management,and control of the livable community for the elderly in Dandong,the author proposes the principles of planning and organization for the livable community of the elderly in Dandong City.The livable community planning for the elderly is integrated into the statutory planning methods such as the urban master plan,controlled detailed plan,and constructive detailed plan.Build a model for the development of livable projects for the elderly and corresponding policy measures.In order to ensure the quality of life of elderly people in their later years,to promote physical and mental health,and to meet the basic needs of the elderly,the author of this thesis ranges from macroscopic land use to microscopic living space and environmental space,and livable service management and policy measures for Dandong City.The elderly livable community plans to build a relatively complete strategy,hoping to explore the concept of livable construction that meets the needs of the elderly in Dandong City,and improve the construction of a pensionable and livable system in Dandong City.
