Research On The Story Method In User Experience Design

In the design concept of "user-centric",user experience design is from the needs of users,using the creative thinking,people-oriented principle,the method of user participation,determine the ways and contents of the service process.Therefore,the user experience design is a complex innovation,because its design is not only aimed at the functional creation in the traditional sense,but the comprehensive coordination of various factors related to the design goal.The design principle of the story method is based on the concept of user experience,to study the characteristics of the story and to combine the various stages of user experience design.Methods user stories are used in the design of the user experience,in the story as a carrier of information transmission can produce emotional resonance with the audience,to increase the sense of audience,which is the audience in a more natural way to this potential with the requirements of the deep.At the same time,the story method in user experience design can also stimulate the creative imagination of researchers,promote the collaborative innovation relationship between participants and establish a good communication platform with crosscultural communication.How to solve the real deep mining user needs,will be the story of the subjective intention integration comb a conform to the objective facts and meet the demand of users show hidden problems of design concepts,main methods of this topic of the story is divided into the input and output parts,respectively,in the user experience in the design of information collection,information filtering,information integration,concept in the process of reconstruction,story performance and usability evaluation using in-depth discussion,and USES the method of scientific theory for reference in different stages of refining with valuable information to analysis.In addition,the story in user experience design has the situational and guiding characteristics in the input part.The output part is participatory and illustrative.In this paper,in the fourth chapter,in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness,through contrast experiment,find out the problems encountered in the process of practice,to explore the method if the results are more through the story on the ductility and the value of sex,and summarize the story method based on user experience in the influence factors of input and output part and restricting factors.This article is based on the user experience the story method is put forward the corresponding strategies: strengthening information collection immersive experience,promote the standardization of the information filtering integration with vitality,pay attention to the visualization of concept reconstruction and cooperative relations,promoting story clear effectiveness,improve story assessment communication and empathy.And the design principle of the story method in user experience design is put forward: the design principle of process experience and the design principle of cross culture are emphasized.This will provide a new way for user experience design method research in the future.
