In this paper,based on the systematic review,summarization and analysis of the existing tunnel classification method at home and abroad,and relying on Yongji high-speed fourth contract section Naqui tunnel project,combined with on-site monitoring of measurement results,the main factors influencing the surrounding rock level of highway tunnel were selected as the evaluation index,based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a method of tunnel surrounding rock rank based on multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was studied and applied,this method can accurately evaluate the level of the surrounding rock,which can provide theoretical and technical support for the design and construction of tunnel.Through research,the following research achievement have been reached:(1).Through research and analysis of the current domestic and international rock classification approach the problems that exist in the affected road tunnel of rock level the main factor analysis and on the basis of summarization,select include engineering,environmental factors and geological factors under the structure of the panel status,structure and hole axis relations,groundwater status,to stress the impact factor,Rock Single Axis saturated compressive strength and integrity of the rock coefficient of 6 main factors as a tunnel of rock classification indicators for assessment.(2).Combined with the commonly used method of tunnel surrounding rock classification,the basic theory of multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,including fuzzy mathematics,fuzzy set basic operation rules and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,is used to evaluate the surrounding rock of highway tunnel.(3).According to the relationship between the factors,the introduction of fuzzy mathematics,the use of analytic hierarchy process analysis and adjustment of various factors to determine the classification criteria for each factor index,the establishment of its corresponding membership function,according to its tunnel The corresponding fuzzy weight is determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of road tunnel grading is established.(4).Based on the Naqiu tunnel project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to classify the surrounding rock of the tunnel project,and its surrounding rock grade is obtained and compared with the actual wall grade of the tunnel.The feasibility and reliability of this method in the classification of tunnel rock are verified by real-time monitoring of deformation of tunnel surrounding rock.
