It is well known that the environment of under the ground and ground engineering is significantly different, and especially the shallow buried tunnel under water is more complicated. For a long time we have constructed and designed through the basic experience, with the development of the level of production, people are increasingly strict with the requirement for the development of tunnel engineering, thus founding a lot of problems in the process of construction.The analysis evaluation of adjoining rock stability is the basic gist of tunneling construction and design. This paper has carried on the comprehensive system research, basing on a Yingpan hill Xiangjiang river tunnel project and adopting the overall and partial, the combination of both quantitative and qualitative methods on the stability of surrounding rock. First of all, the author according to the engineering geological conditions of the tunnel analyzes the stability of surrounding rock and the deformation and failure of surrounding. Besides, the paper puts forward that the special type is the main destructive form of the tunnel surrounding rock, and the main form is the plastic flow damage. Then, the author synthetically analyzes the surrounding rock of the tunnel, according to the conditions of the tunnel engineering geological and the monitoring measurement of tunnel and tunnel surrounding rock classification. So we can know that the tunnel Yingpan hill underground running period of the main rock type is Ⅳ, Ⅴ surrounding rock, and construct the field monitoring measurement through the surrounding rock of different construction methods and construction process. At the same time, the construction method of the finite element software FLAC-3D to Changsha Ying Ling Xiangjiang tunnel B section ofsurrounding rock, stress deformation analysis of surrounding rock;By the way, the tunnel monitoring items contain tunnel convergence displacement and vault sink, internal displacement of surrounding rock, steel support internal force and the bear loads, surrounding rock pressure and the pressure between the two layers of supporting. At last, analyzing all of these date which are collected by monitoring these projects, we can gain the deformation conditions of more intuitive supporting structure and surrounding rock stress. Thus we can also be more targeted to improve the construction technology and construction parameters, and project the tunnel construction safety and stability to ensure the safety of engineering and play an important role on similar tunnel surrounding rock.
