At present,the city has been expanding,and its regional function is becoming more and more obvious.The demand for traffic travel in the city has increased greatly,and the congestion problem has become more and more serious.How to divert the traffic flow of the main road,especially the tide traffic,is a problem we must face.This paper uses the second type fuzzy set to evaluate and control the tidal traffic.Firstly,the traffic data collected on the main road is processed:the error data is extracted and the vacancy data is interpolated to obtain the valid statistical data.Then,the valid data are clustered according to the parameter type to obtain the state vector,and the state vector is normalized to achieve the feature vector.And then constructs the time-varying universe of discourse by the feature vector according to the theory of linguistic dynamical system,and establishes the membership function of each base word in the time-varying universe of discourse;Finally,the base word of the tidal traffic is matched with the base of the whole domain,according to the matching results,the specific measures are taken to control the tidal flow.The assessment of the tidal traffic is based on historical statistical data,and in order to ensure the smooth flow of the main road,It needs to carry on the real-time dynamic control to the changing traffic flow,a main road coordination control method based on time-varying universe of discourse is proposed in this paper.According to the real-time changes of queuing length and traffic density,the green time and cycle length of the main road are arranged in combination with the actual conditions of the road,and the phase difference is restrained to realize the dynamic coordination and timing,and the phase difference is constrained to realize the dynamic coordination so that the cycle and phase difference of each intersection traffic lights can be changed with the change of traffic flow,in order to make the signal timing is no longer limited by the fixed period and fixed phase difference.In the last part of this paper,type-2 fuzzy coordination control are used to simulate the actual data.The control measures for tidal traffic is obtained,and the traffic signal timing is given.So,the validity of the method is verified.
