Power customer satisfaction study implement the marketing concept of power supply enterprise, and enhance the communication between power supply enterprise and power customer, which is favor for their relation. However, customer satisfaction perception is vague and uncertain, and it's usually expressed by natural language. In order to deal with the language information effectively, power customer satisfaction and improvement are analyzed on the basis of Linguistic Dynamic Systems.Firstly, customer satisfaction models are introduced and compared. the theory of the type-1 fuzzy sets, type-2 fuzzy sets, linguistic dynamic systems and computing with words are given. Based on the characteristics of the power supply enterprise, the power customer satisfaction index model is proposed, and the evaluation system is established. By applying for fuzzy clustering analysis on the basis of fuzzy equivalence relation, the system can be simplified. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is employed for satisfaction evaluation.By Fuzzy rule and the matching method, the semi-discrete interval type-2 fuzzy set is impressed on describing the result and comparing the satisfaction between different kinds of customer. the order of all power supply enterprises is obtained. At the same time, the shortage of all power supply enterprises is discussed. Lastly, The interval type-2 fuzzy Mealy automata under extension principle and the closed-loop control model which is for improving satisfaction are applied for improving the power customer satisfaction. Given the level of satisfaction, the changes under different improvement measures are discussed, and the linguistic dynamic orbits of satisfaction level is formed based on the improving model. The given target can be reached by appropriate improving measures. Finally, the specific measures for improving power customer satisfaction are given.In the thesis, fuzzy clustering analysis is applied for simplifying the index system, and interval type-2 fuzzy sets integrated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Mealy automata are used for modeling and analyzing the power customer satisfaction, which realizes the full use of the language information, and provides a new idea for the evaluation and improvement of the power customer satisfaction.
