Nowadays,with the increasing number of students and teachers on university campuses and the flow of people and vehicles outside the campus,especially in certain time-sections and certain roads,the increasing number of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles causes hidden dangers to the safe travel of teachers and students on campus,which different from those of urban traffic congestion.Therefore,how to alleviate traffic congestion problems to ensure that the campus safe passage between teachers and students is an important problem of campus management.Because campus traffic flow reflects different congestion characteristics in different periods,the paper uses type-2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate campus traffic flow in different sections in different periods.At the same time,it dynamically analyzes and describes the evolution state of campus traffic flow in combination with time-varying universe and linguistic dynamics theory,and proposes corresponding solutions according to the congestion state of trafic flow.The paper includes the following contents:(1)The traffic flow on campus is analyzed by using the type-2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method under the time-varying universe.Taking Changsha University of Science and Technology(Yuntang Campus)as an example,the paper divides it into 6 different periods according to the schedule of campus work and rest,and then takes the 4 key sections of campus congestion as the research object,collects and analyzes the relevant data of the three elements of pedestrian flow,motor vehicle flow and non-motor vehicle flow in the key sections of campus at different periods and different sections.(2)VISSIM is used to simulate the traffic flow on campus,and the effectiveness of type 2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is verified by comparing the simulation results with the results of type 2 fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(3)The evolution process of campus traffic flow is analyzed by using Baidu map thermal diagram;(4)Through the simulation results,reasonable and feasible suggestions on campus traffic congestion are put forward.The results of this paper show that campus traffic flow has its own inherent characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a campus traffic management system consistent with the development of campus traffic flow,which is of great significance to the improvement of campus traffic safety and traffic congestion,and also lays a theoretical foundation for the formulation of an appropriate campus traffic management system.
