EMU train is fast and comfortable,energy saving and environmental protection and how to ensure its safe operation is the most important of the railway sector which facilitates people to travel at the same time.The running quality and safety performance of the train is mainly determined by the state of the bogie,so study on the detection technology and safety performance of the key components of the EMU bogies will help to understand the failure mechanism of components deeply,which has great significance to eliminate the hidden trouble and ensure the safety of train operation.It will be helpful to the development of new EMU technology at the same time.In this paper,the CRH380BL type EMU is the representative with its key parts of the bogie as the research object and in depth study of the fault types,fault mechanism,detection technology and equipment of the bearing,gear box,wheel set.The key part of the bearing was analyzed by Ansys finite element statics in limiting partial load of the railway's worst conditions to study the failure condition and safety performance of bearings under severe conditions,to find out the law of stress and to be easy to failure.A key component temperature monitoring system based on Wi-Fi wireless network is developed to test the key parameter of the temperature.Design of the STM32 microcontroller as the control core of the next bit machine acquisition and transmission circuit,developed a PC based Lab VIEW client and Android platform for mobile phone APP for data processing and display,the wireless transmission protocol based on TCP/IP protocol stack is compiled.Through the experiment,the temperature monitoring system is stable and reliable,fast response,can achieve the measurement accuracy of±0.25?.The system can accurately monitor the temperature of the key parts to ensure the safety operation of EMU trains.At the same time,the system can be used as a high speed data acquisition system for wireless data acquisition,and it has practical value.
